About the Association

Presentation of the Association

The Association is an interest association of entities in the field of designing and building trade fair and exhibition expositions. It concerns a voluntary and open association of equal-opportunity membership entities.

The main mission of the Association primarily comprises:

• Support of activities serving further development of trade fair and exhibition organization.
• Cooperation with the entities arranging and organizing trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Cooperation with professional press, authorities, and societies participating in the organization of trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Protection of the interests of the Association members against unfair acting of the other participants in economic competition in the field of designing and building trade fair and exhibition expositions.
• Cooperation with the organizations in the field of advertising on domestic as well as foreign markets.
• Preparation and provision of the rules to comply with quality standards and to ensure correct acting of the Association members.
• Advisory services and legal assistance of external consultants in the area of tax and professional issues, cooperation with legislative bodies.
• Support of professional activities and trade reputation.
• Enforcing the necessary professional and ethical level of the Association membership bodies activities and their employees.
• Cooperation with IFES (International Federation of Exhibition Services).
• Organization of presentations, discussions, and information events, including issuing publications.
